Shipping Policy

At Motion Sports, we understand that when you’re focused on recovery and performance, you need your gear fast. We aim to get your orders processed and out the door so you can get back to movement.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Weekends & Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or National public holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship nationwide across Australia using [Australia Post / Preferred Courier]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Note: Delivery times for regional and remote areas may take slightly longer (up to 10 days).

3. Local Pickup

If you are a patient or local to our Motion Health Rehab & Performance clinic, you can skip the shipping fees!

  • Location: 6-12 Graham Street, Underwood, Queensland, 4119

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready (usually within 24 hours during business hours).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and scanned by our carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email.

5. International Shipping

Currently, Motion Sports ships within Australia only. We are looking to expand to international shipping in the near future.

6. Damages & Issues

Motion Sports is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at derek@motionhealthrehab.com.au within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
